KG Intechgra LLC is an alliance between the multi-faceted Indian enterprise KG Group and Eugene, Oregon based firm Intechgra (formerly Intechgra Database Solutions, Inc.). KG Group includes KG Information Systems (KGISL) and KG Financial Software (KGFSL) among other entities.

Intechgra Database Solutions, Inc. was founded in 2004 by a core team of software engineers and database experts with a wealth of experience in medical systems integration and development. KG Group is a 70-year old conglomerate with roots in the textile industry, but has expanded into engineering, software, education, finance, healthcare, travel and entertainment. The KG group has been apart of the health care industry since 1974 and also has significant experience in the Information Technology industry. Together they strengthen their commitment to provide better healthcare leveraged by IT and to improve better healthcare outcomes.
